Dr. K. Chris Rachal
K. Chris Rachal, PhD, MP, ABN, is a board certified neuropsychologist and medical psychologist as well as founder of Psychological Health Care. Dr. Rachal evaluates a variety of issues that compromise cognitive and emotional functioning, such as neurological disease, head injury, chronic pain, ADHD, and learning disability. He also manages medication for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Rachal is also an Associate Professor of Psychology at Nicholls State University and co-owner of The Touchstone Center for Autism.
Windy Rachal, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor who works with children (ages 3+) and adults experiencing a variety of problems from anxiety and mood disorders to ADHD and disruptive behavior, including sex offending behaviors in youth). She also conducts parent training to help parents learn positive discipline methods. She is also a trained provider for the Pathways model of sex offender treatment.
Dr. Alyse Blanchard
Alyse Blanchard, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist. She conducts neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for a variety of issues that compromise cognitive and emotional functioning, such as Alzheimer's, dementia, neurological disease, head injury, chronic pain, ADHD, autism, and learning disability. She trained in a Veterans Affairs setting working with patients who have PTSD, chronic pain, and anxiety.
Kelli Monier, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor who works with children, teens, and adults. She also works with parents on positive behavior interventions.
Mary Esteve, LSSP, is a licensed specialist in school psychology. She has worked many years in the school system and conducts ADHD/LD psychological evaluations in our practice.
Dr. Ernest Ellender
Ernest Ellender, Ph.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy with adults. He works with individuals and couples who have mild to severe psychological issues. Additionally, he has special training in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) . He also owns a Guerilla Jiu Jitsu gym in Houma and is a black belt in Jiu Jitsu.
Dawn Toups, LPC, has been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1999. She primarily works with children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. She specializes Anxiety Disorders but also sees patients with ADHD, trauma, Adjustment Disorders, and other similar diagnoses or problem behaviors, including including sex offending behaviors in youth. She is also a qualified as an expert witness in court in both Lafourche and Terrebonne Parishes.
Mike DiSalvo, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor who works with children, teens, adults, and couples. As a former youth ministry director, he also works in schools throughout the region to host faith retreats for youth. He also owns a TRX gym in Houma.
Cecilia Daigle, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist who works with children, teens, adults, and couples experiencing marital or family of origin issues.
Jason Talbot, LSSP, is a licensed specialist in school psychology. He has worked many years conducting ADHD/LD psychological evaluations in the Dyslexia Center at Nicholls State University and offers the same service in our practice.
